Broadband down

Broadband light is red.

Power green 

Ethernet flashing green 

Service no light

@Sandra146   First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

@Sandra146 Looks like you are seeing those on the Fibre connected ONT, anything red is no Internet!

Thank you have done the above it initially says there is a problem and so I clicked let's fix it.  It run a chevk and says everything is fine.  Have repeated test again and saying all ok?   But clearly not 🙈

I did and it said to book a engineer.... have done that and now it's all Green and working 😂🤦‍♀️

@Sandra146 With the lights that you are quoting it appears you have a CF CityFibre ONT installed, they are the ones that matter!

Looks lie a temp fault that CF have resolved quickly 🙂
