Internet doesn’t work

Activation can occur at any time up til midnight tonight. The Talk landline service could take a further 24 hours to be fully operational.

My internet hasn't been working for about a week! It turns on for an hour, then flashes red and green again and doesn't work! I'm tired of trying to figure out what's wrong with it, please fix the problem as soon as possible!

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
If it's an intermittent fault you'll need to contact Sky to report it.
