Hi - I've got no broadband; the tests say everything is OK but there's no actual Internet!
Tv service is unaffected but access to streaming apps is also gone.

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

As am I. Restarted multiple times. My mesh network connected to sky router is working but can't pick up any internet. Suddenly went down hour or so ago.

Hi - I've tried this several times but it gives rhe same response, thinks everything is fine.
To be specific: my PC and phone see the connection but there's nothing on it, connection is 0%.

Same issue here in Essex. Fibre box on the wall all saying fine. No internet light. Reset both the fibre box and the router twice, same result. At all times sky automated checker says it's working fine. Did an objective test and unplugged the fibre box as well as the router then ran the test and it still says it's working!

I'm also in Essex. Open reach lights are all green and there's nothing on the LOB light to indicate an external issue... Yet here we are!

I'm glad it's not just me. Tests are basically all good, apart from I need to switch/activate my internet??

Nope, it's still having a nap.

Voice light is orange, but I expect that with no internet.
LOB is clear on fibre, same as those of you above.
I guess it's a blip with sky's end and their system saying "this is fine guys honest" when it's not. Bug of some sort I suppose.

FWIW this wrongly says everything is fine. I don't know what hub it's checking, but it's not mine!

Same. Only been on Sky a day and a half, it's been down 4 times.
