Broadband down yet again, happening a lot recently what is going on?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@GeorgeBarth there are more reports of conection issues than normal. The extremly wet weather has caused multiple issues and the solar storm over the weekend coincided with another peak in reports. However if your line is losing connection now the weather is improving it needs checking out. If you click to run the full connection test in the My Sky app - ignore the result of the last routine test - it can book an engineer check if it picks up a fault.
