My sky broadband has gone down - power light is only one lit on router. Have rebooted but not worked. Reported the issue online and it said they will send me a new router but I don’t think it’s that as I have a spare router which I tried but it’s the same. Any ideas?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Loobs72 the lack of the wifi light does indicate a hub failure a line issue would have the wifi light still lit and an amber internet light. Sky will want you to try a new hub before escalating your fault to an engineer.
