Hi
I've just got the sky WiFi max but I've still got a dead spot in my house how do I get the sky pod extenders?

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Note that the current software release appears to be somewhat problematic.

Hi,
Did you get any pods when you did the order? I've also just ordered the max and not sure how many pods will be sent with it.

No separate booster hardware is sent out with either Broadband Boost or WiFi Max: only the appropriate Hub is despatched. A booster unit is claimable retrospectively through a phone diagnostic if the target wireless coverage (3Mbs for Boost and either 10Mbs or 25Mbs for Max) isn't met, and additional booster hardware may be loaned following a 'wireless engineer' visit.
