@Matt1970 if you run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection ignore an intialmresultvsaying everything is OK which it was when thst test was run instead click to run the broadbsnd test. That will tell you if Sky are aware of an issue in your area. If tgeyvaren''t call them to report the fault so they can get it checked out.
