We're in Southampton, SO16. Our Sky broadband has been down all day, constant orange lights flashing on the hub as it tries to connect and nothing, over and over again since about 9am. Service checks say everything is working fine which it clearly isn't!
Very very frustrating as can't use internet or tv.

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
