Broadband down again in livingston

this is 2 nights in a row that there's an outage again. It was off for 4 hours as well today. Absolutely fed up to the back teeth with sky now. I have the sky puck as well so can't even get tv either

I think there might be a UK wide outage I'm from South Wales and mines just gone. The my sky app is also down

Been down since 10pm last night.  Tried several times this morning  with the broadband checker and was showing no issues in my area.  I know the microfilters fail after a while so instead of waiting 2 days for sky to send a new one I just bought one.  Plugged it in and the light started flashing so thought fab that's it.  But oh no it's stopped and went orange.  So I went through the hoo haa again and this time it registered as an issue in my area and could take a couple of days to fix.  This was at 11am this morning.  I then got a txt from sky about 1430 this afternoon informing there is an issue.  No further updates since and now the app is down and the site doesn't seem to allow me to check the status.  Some kind of communication would be great !!
