Broadband doesn't connect
I received my hub today,all connected and 2 green lights on the front,on connection for a minute or so,it transfers to a problem page directing me to the leads,iv unplugged and done everything suggested but to no avail..it's impossible to have a conversation with sky in person so any suggestions would be helpful,regards Dave g

@Forestdave1 As you do not say what / how you are connecting, the link is for setting up the sky hub, covers them all and every connection method! Also sky are closed now, hours are 8am to 8pm!

If today is not your activation day then NO matter what you do with the hub, it will not go live! On the box they are to print that day but you are also informed by sky as text/e-mail to what that day is!

When is or was your activation date as usually the hub is timed to arrive a few days before this date.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.

It was yesterday the 13th mate but my hub arrived late,activation date was yesterday also

Yeah mate it was yesterday the activation was but hub arrived four days late

@Forestdave1 As long as you got the text from OR/sky whatever way that said you were live that is good enough, anything else is going to be a failed install if it does not work!

@Forestdave1 If you have any problems you need to say the following, connection OR master socket or ONT for full fibre, gathered you have the sky Broadband Hub black one as you mention number off green led's, the way it works, hub connects, normal is 4 green lights accross the board, it will DO a FW update, re boot and reconnect, and if you are on a copper OR Master socket try not to be pulling the cable in/out or switching the unit off/on as you may force the hub into a bad connection with the DLM system!
