Poor Connection upstairs

In both bedrooms the wifi is buffering often. It's a really bad connection. It's been like this for a while. Seems to not be improving.

@Morris78 What sky hub and service do you have! Take it you where told to wait 14 day's for it all to settle in? See the link below if you are not sure what sky hub you have!

Did you find a solution? 
our hub is upstairs in a bedroom yet our connection is the opposite bedroom is really poor, whereas everywhere else is fine
