My broadband connection has been disconnected around 45 mins ago. Postcode: NW95 QQ.

To begin with try checking if there are any outages in your area using following link.
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If this shows no issues you could try running the line test at the following link.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Thank you very much for your reply. After going through all the steps & guidance, I confirmed there is a technical issue. I then called Sky on the phone - they, too, confirmed something is wrnog away from my home - they are arranging for Open-Reach engineers to fix it in the next 2-3 days (hopefully).
