Broadband dipping out

My Internet dips out in bedroom quite a lot but now during the night it must be going off and back on because my blink security now needs resetting every morning which means I have no camera or door bell when it goes down any suggestions

Any outage between midnight and 0700 could be maintenance taking place which is done overnight to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.
