Broadband dipping out 8-9 times a day now

Any reasons why my broadband keeps dropping out up to 8 times a day now

As customers we can not say for sure what is happening so try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Thanks it's running low and showing red 

  • done all tests and says there's issues 
  • hub 
  • broadband 
  • need number to ring as help line saying error

@Paula2921 Did it not allow you to book the engineer from the test! You will find the number in the link to call, just do the need more help and follow.
