Broadband delay

My broadband keeps getting delayed because openreach need permission from the owner of my block of flats this is mansfield district council and i have already gained permission from my specific housong officer who is part of mansfield district council and the housing officer for this entire block but for some reason keep getting the same god damn delay issue its taking the absolout p*#* now and im getting sick of it they have the permission why wont they do the bloody work if there was anywhere i could sent it i can show them the email saying go ahead with the god damn wifi !!!!!!!!

@Philwagg13579 while it is frustrating neither you nor for that matter Sky can do anything directly until Openreach get permission from the landlord to install the necessary fibre infrastructure. You could try talking to your local councillor who might be able to help break the log jam.
