Broadband date

Need to chqnge the date of imstallation from the 13th to the 14th when someone will be home to be present

Are you actually having someone visit your property because if not and the activation is done remotely then it will not matter if you are at home or not. If there is a engineer visit due then you will have to call Sky about this but you should note that it might not be possible to change it to the next day due to engineer availability in you area.
