Internet dropping regularly

Hi, I am using sky for approx 4 month. All was until last week approx, when internet is dropping like every 10-30 minutes. I have tried all the sky test and speed test. It all shows that everything is fine, but this is because when internet is dropped, this test are not working, but when it works they shows that all is fine.

 

If I switch off sky hub, after that it helps for a while and internet working normally for some time. But then at some point is repeating. I also discovered that sky hub is getting warm, I have noticed that before.

 

Knowing how sky support works, and that it will be disaster to get help from that I am thinking to switching off from them. But want to double check if anyone from community experienced the same. Maybe it is just problem with devices itself and sky just change the modem/ hub?

@Vlad4The broadband test not working while there is a disconnect, at those times I would give Sky a call and ask them to run more in depth tests and if they could monitor the connection for you. Another thing that you can do after that is document the drops and when Sky gets back to saying there are no issues or do say there is an issue you have all the evidence of when and how long the drops are.
