Alexa 1st gen will not connect to sky max

Cannot connect Alexa 1st gen to sky max and cannot get onto advance settings on white sky max router

@Ronald20  Is this device looking for the frequency of 2.4 rather than 5.0 on the Wi-Fi. Might be you need to do a temp disable of the 5.0GHz and try connect the device then turn it back on to see if it stays connected.

But cannot get onto the sky max settings advance to change the WiFi settings

@Ronald20  Are you trying to do this via the web interface on the router and not the settings that are found on the Sky app?
