Broadband cost

Good Morning. I have received a email from you to say that my Broadband costs are increasing in April.

My charges at the moment are £40.50 per month and will increase to £54.00 per month in April

You also state that we are recieving 61 Mbps speed at the moment and this will continue. 

I have checked a Google speed test and it reads 29.3 download and 7.9 upload   Your own system says 29.7 Mbps. on average over the last month.  Can you explain why I should have to pay for 61Mbps when I am not getting half that speed.

I’m afraid you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer to customer forum where we try to help each other. Sky won't reply to anything as a result of you posting on here. @David219 can you post your router stats as per the link below also how are you checking the speed are you checking it over a laptop/pc connected by ethernet with nothing else connected to your router or are you checking it over wifi
