Broadband contract

Values team unable to renew broadband contract as glitch in the system. Being fobbed off by Complaints dept.

Unable to renew on app as well

Being going on since September

@Christine521  In case you're not aware you're only talling other customers and as such there isn't much we can do in this case.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Christine521 Deals are way harder to get especially when trying to do it online is more than likely a NO, and Customer Service may just not have the ability to help override the package/price that you would like!

Thanks for reply. Accepted package with values team but they cannot activate broadband deal due to glitch. Just wondered if anyone se had this problem?
