Broadband connection

Hi we had broadband activated yesterday the 2nd May but no engineer came out to us to connect it we still haven't got no Internet with it we are a little confused as to what is happening

It's all sorted now I did it through the online community chat very helpful to we have an engineer coming Monday the 5th

If your activation day was yesterday then from what you have said it might not have happened for some reason so it is worth you calling Sky so that they can look into this for you.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Ok thankyou it's strange how nothing is happening but yet the WiFi is on there's no number showing for me to call

Hi ive just tried to call and not getting through its the stupid woman talking I had to speak but still just gave me a link that's no good just need to speak with customer service please

Call again  and when the  automated message says  we have sent you a link would you like to use it say no and after  going  through security about your  account  you will get to speak  to  an  advisor  about your problem
