Wifi box no power light/ no wifi

Hi i have no power light on my box and no wifi in my property.   I have run tests on your site and it says all ok- but still nothing works eveb after turning off and leaving off for 15 mins.

Can you let me know how this will be resolved.

If the hub has been working up to now then call Sky so they can look into this for you.

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
