Broadband connection issue

My broadband has stopped working. It looks like the cable coming into the house has been dislodged. Can you send an engineer to fix it asap? Thanks.

You haven't said what cable this is but if you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services. You'll need to contact Sky to report a fault.
