Sky Max Hub too slow / doesn't load

Been having this issue for a while, when we first got the router is was great and was working fine but has randomly decided to be very slow and often just not load anything at all. I've reset via the WPS button and nothing has changed. Is this a known issue and what can help?

@jdpmurray depends on the cause of the apparent slowdown.Run the Service Checker in the My Sky app which will tell you what the speed isto the hub, if you click on the last test result then it will show the last months test result and tge guatanteed speed for your line. Assuming that isn't the issue the app may identify issues with WiFi speeds in your home.
