Broadband connection issue

I am a new customer, my connection was supposed to be activated on 23 October 24. Engineer turned up but couldn't connect the fibre cable and assured us that he will arrange to fix it and we will be contacted. We have not received any call / email / text so far to inform about when SKY are going to fix this. I tried to contact them but couldn't find any easy way to contact except virtual assistance who does not understand what I am conveying not gives me any contact number to call the customer care. I am bit confused and frustrated with this. We waited almost one month for engineer to turn up but still no Wi-Fi in my house. Can some sort ne guide me what to do and how to convey this to Sky.

Thanks Lisa. It helped but still no resolution. However, now connection recovery team is aware about my issue and will provide me an update on 29th.

Thanks yeah all lights on and other devices connected . WiFi shows full lsignal on  phone
