Broadband connection constantly dropping

IMG_1395.png

Our broadband connection keeps dropping and reconnecting. I have had someone from open reach come and look, and been supplied with a new router and the issue is the same. I've attached some stats while the connection was active. Any help would be appreciated.

What did the Openreach engineer do exactly because your router is showing a major line fault which Openreach should have picked up in the tests.

He mentioned there was a frayed cable which he repaired. Other than that he said the line was working fine. I guess I will book them to make another visit...

@jamesn123 our broadband connection seems to have stabilised before our engineer visit tomorrow. Can you still see a line fault on our stats?
