Broadband connection and security

Having issues with my broadband WiFi has been dropping in and out last few days now have message on mobile saying weak security. WiFi this morning not working but checked on Sky app and this says all ok when clearly it isnt

Are you using a apple I Phone?

There's been a lot of reports recently with a similar description, and the common issue relates to apple products.
