Sky Fibre. Very unreliable

I have a Sky Max Hub ( white). All I would like is my broadband to stop buffering or dropping out entirely when I'm watching a TV show or playing a game on my phone or tablet. I get a variety of messages, please wait for programme to load, technical fault etc but ultimately it ruins my experience. Can't even seem to find a customer number to speak to a real person.

@Camsh unless there is a serious fault on your feed the issue is likely to be poor WiFi in your home. To stream video or play games you need both sufficent bandwidth and a steady signal not affected by interference. WiFi signal strength drops each time it passes through a solid object the denser tge object the more strength thst is lost. The signal is compketly blocked by metal.

Therefore make sure the hub is not under or behind furniture or other ekectical kit. Put it on a surface out innthe open above obstructions like radiators. Tgere is little in reality you can do about interferencecfrom your neighbour's networks other than restarting your hub which will force it to find tge least congested channel to use. In the end you may need some form of extender or booster.

If you suspect the feed to the hub runnthe full connection test innthe My Sky app as if you clickmthrough it will show both your current speed and the history for the last couple of weeks.
