Can someone tell me why it's taking Sky over 2 months to cancel my broadband please? It is in a stuck status since the start of March preventing my new supplier to connect with Open Reach.
I've made numerous calls to Sky and been passed from every department with a false promise they'll get back to me.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Cme1982Where you just changing providers, as in going from Sky to another provider and you did not just cancel before going to another provider?

It was via EE who said they'd do everything and inform Sky and change over with BT. It worked fine for 2 weeks until they cancelled the order and can not seem to raise a new order until Sky cancel it their end. I've had to call many times and they just say we'll email the back office team and let you know and never do.
Just very frustrating!

You as the customer should have to do nothing if that change over has happened to EE, then they have to find out what went wrong.

Tell me about it! I have daily convos with my new friend Paul in BT customer complaints haha! I don't blame them at all, it's clearly Sky taking the pee not allowing open reach to make the new connection. Might just cancel my TV while I'm there, after being a customer for over 14 years you'd think they'd help!
