Hi I am looking for 10m cable for my router sky fitted last week any idea where get one thanks

Is this the one with 2 identical purple plugs on each end. Or one purple square plug and 1 white rectangular plug?

Do you have a photo of the one sky sent you?

thanks for quick reply it's one purple square plug and 1 white rectangular plug told them I did not want it there but had go out and they left it at window sill

10 meter ethernet - RJ45-RJ45 can be used from the ONT (if you have one) to the Sky Hub

10 meter DSL - RJ11-RJ11 can be used from the 'phone socket or filter to the Sky Hub

Do you have a microfilter or prefiltered mastersocket

Has the mastersocket on got 1 socket on it? You may need a microfilter as well 

Is your phone meant to plugged into the hub or mastersocket?

The one you posted white end plugs into the telephone socket on the hub the other purple end plugs into the phone.

Its not a dsl to dsl cable for broadband it a bt plug to rj11 cable to plug the phone into the router

Do you want to move the router further away from the mastersocket?

Yes need move around 8metre away I thought it was for internet how does it pick internet up then all wirelesss ??
