Hi my mobile and iPad keep buffering signal being lost no connection no internet I have reset my hub multiple times over the past week but still not resolved the issues ! Phone and iPad work perfectly when connected elsewhere ie work etc

Morning, exactly the same here, TV is buffering every evening for the last couple of weeks and MS Teams is awful. Yet if I work elsewhere the signal is fine..... completed reboot of WiFi hub and extender and performance test doesn't identify any issues. Any thoughts on next steps? Thanks

Hi I am having problems with buffering in an evening as well
any chance you can have a look as carnt get in touch just so goes round in circles
also have a problem with car charging getting error messages at night lost contact with charger from octopus logs from charger show a solid connection to router

Hi, I have buffering issues too. Could someone at Sky help please? I have recently upgraded to super fast and it is considerably less reliable than my previous Sky product. Currently paying more for less. @Lisa-P1987
