Broadband box

It says I can plug my tv box in and watch telly but my sky broadband box hasn't arrived? Can this be sent out asap! I don't need anyone to fit a cable for my telephone as I already have one so can this be sorted straight away please, I'm without telly so would like to get this sorted if I can please. I am also looking if I'm gonna get billed when I can't use it!

When was/is your activation date. The sky hub is sent out to be with you up until the day before activation

If you placed an order for Sky Stream (television) and Sky Broadband (internet) at the same time, it's unfortunate that Sky doesn't make it clear a Stream puck can be delivered 'next day' but broadband has at least a ten working day lead time for provisioning, even where an address already has all the necessary cabling.

Sky Stream doesn't require the broadband to be from Sky, but cannot work without internet access of some kind.
