Internet connection dropping out every hour.
despite 3 engineer visits in Nov and changing package / router etc. Sky stream tv crashed 54 times over the space of 4 - 5 hours!! I have 2 daughters who need the internet for school / college work - we are getting messages from sky saying there is a problem, but each engineer assured us problem was fixed. My package is currently sky superfast - what a joke. They all say issue is with the connection from junction box to hub, but no engineer checked any of the copper wiring from top of the pole through to the house and into the hub...Need help as i work from home also and need solid connection!!

Re: Internet connection dropping out every hour.
Actually managed to get a BT Open Reach engineer out this morning after complaing to Sky at the weekend. The chat was the only one that tested inside the house as well as outside. Took sockets apart and explained every thing he did - FANTASTIC. The last three engineers in the space of one month only looked at the 'junction' boxes and all said problem fixed (which it was not). Lets hope this 4th Engineer has helped solve the problem. He also looked at Junction boxes outside property and re ported the connection, whatever that means...
Thanks
