Broadband boosterd

Feel very let down by Sky. Did a selling job on me. I detailed the issues I foresaw with the specifics of my hose and was reassured. I was let down at activation. The engineers predicted the problems that we'd expected and they agreed that booster were essential. I spoke to Sky and they talked me into a better hub but that isn't making an improvement. I emailed them but no progress is being seen. Once they got a sale, service evaporated. I wish I'd never er left BT, it hasn't been worth 2/3 months hassle and incompetence.

@WHec if your subscription includes Sky WiFi Max Sky will supply up to 3 extender pods if you ask. The first one is sent after a phone call the other 2 are added if an engineer agrees you need them after a visit.
