Hello, i've been on sky broadband for awhile and for the majority it has been fine. However, there are some spots in the house where internet is very poor or i am unable to use it. I have heard you have a broadband booster available, how would i go about receiving this?

So at the time of buying my sky broadband package I was not informed that I can get a sky booster. I've spoke to sky today and they've informed me that it's an extra £6 a month to buy a sky booster which of course I rejected ...🫣

Also, at the time of buying the sky package for broadband, I didn't think I needed a booster for a system that was working fine on BT and having a signal in my back bedroom. Where are you have my office for work? I didn't think I would need a booster so that never even crossed my mind to think of ordering one over there I would need one...

Of course, is there a way round this, where I can actually buy a booster to encourage the signal in the back bedroom to help me to get a better signal 🤞

Boosters are not always that effective in msny situsationd and there are several alternatives one is to disable the wifi onnthe Sku hub and buy a whole home wifi solution thst runs in acces point mode which are usually far better.

Nope: that's the cost of subscribing to the 'Broadband Boost' supplement, one element of which is the option to claim the free loan of one or more wireless boosters.
