Broadband basic

We are both pensioners how do we get the basics discount on broadband.I am hard of hearing and would like to apply online

Note that the Sky social tariff product is 'Superfast 35' (40/20Mbs delivered over either FTTC or FTTP)

 

This is not the same thing as 'basic broadband' which was typically (obsolete) ADSL that cannot now be ordered at the vast majority of addresses.
