Broadband and router keep disconnecting

Please help , I just keep loosing connection,  it happens regularly but it always says everything is fine , here are my router stats.

Firstly, thanks for posting your router stats right off the bat as hardly anyone does that and its pain having to ask everyone🤣

 

Your stats suggest you have not had any line drops so the issues you are seeing must be WiFi related. I do note that you are exclusively using WiFi as the LAN interface is showing 0 traffic.

For starters I would give your hub a reboot as it has been up for 20+ days, sometimes it needs this to find a better WiFi channel.

Oh thank u   not often I do something right 😂

OK I'll try that must of been 20 days since I last had no Internet or WiFi problems , it was worse then , it took days to get back on. 

And according to new analysis by internet speed comparison site Broadband Genie my village has worst speed in country , doesn't help 🙄

OK hot new router and also hot Openreach out who said there had been a fault at some point but reset it now . 

Unfortunately still not working , infact got so much worse , please help .

Hi James thanks for reply. 

Think we've cracked it , our Openreach master socket has a built in filter so we tried a micro filter and so far so good . It's been like this for months and no one said try this 🤔

It's got so bad after openreach worker came I couldn't watch most of sky channels.
