Broadband and Phone Line Issues

Since yesterday our hub has a red light on it and our phone line is dead. Sky say it is all working but it isn't. Unable to talk to anyone.

Have reset the hub both phone handsets and all still down.  

Nothing changed at home just hub went red and phone lines out.

@JoS11 You will just have to persist calling sky until you get through to talk to a CS Agent! 8am to 8pm so you need to do it now if you want to catch them today!
