Ive signed up for broadband but i wont have it until 7 may, why is it taking so long? Can i have it earlier otherwise i will cancel during cooling off period. Thanks, amy

@AmyHunter There is a mandatory minimum 10 working day lead time and that is set by OfCom, no provider who uses the Openreach network can get around that and install quicker, obviously it can be longer than that if Openreach are busy in your area.
