Broadband activation not happened

Our broadband was due to be activated yesterday but this hasn't happened. Everything is setup - ont, hub etc but I've had nothing at all from sky. 

any ideas?

After speaking with PhilipN1978 we raised this with Openreach who advised there was an issue with the original activation date and subsequently had been delayed by a few days.

The service was successfully activated on the new activation date.

@PhilipN1978 you need to ask Sky what happened. Activations are done by Openreach who will have reported to Sky overnight. Snags and dlays happen hopefully Sky can tell you what is going on. To make things easier I have escalated your pist to a Sky team who should be in touch later today to offer an online chat through the forum where a chat button will appear.

Thanks, I have been trying to ask sky but have been unable to get through which is why I asked here.
