Broadband keeps disconnected every 10 minutes or so

My router is dropping out every 10 minutes or so for 5 minutes. IT's not been great for a while for a while but this past day it's diconnecting continually.

Tried disconnecting all ethernet and wifi devices. Tried leaving it off for a few hours to see if that helps.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

Your line attenuations look fine so you could get 60-70Mbps and you would expect them to be much higher for an external fault.

On the other hand 20Db noise margin is way to high.

You would need to call sky on 150 from your sky landline to report the fault or we can escalate it to sky for you
