Broadband access

Our broadband is a complete waste of time at the moment. Hardly anything will open and it keeps shutting down altogether.

@D8BBO you nedd to be more specific before forum members can advise. Are you referring to an issue some devices in a rooom some distsnce from the hub which could be poorcwifi coversge. Alternatively if the  lights on the hub change it could be a line issue.

The lights on the hub are all on and we don't sit too far from the it  but the signal is weak as I can't always open apps on my phone. Every now and again the stream to the tv goes off and the lights go off on the hub. 
there are only 2 of us living in a reasonably small house running 2 phones, 1 laptop and a Sky TV Box off it.
