Broadband / Wifi

I am having issues with broadband on an evening, and engineer comes on a morning when there is no issues then, I pay for a 24hr service and don't seem to get it

You dont pay for a 24hr service. No ISP in the entire UK guarantees 24/7 uptime in their service.

 

Does your entire connection go down in the evening e.g. the lights on the hub change or is it just your WiFi connection.
