Issues with the WIFI dropping out 6-7 times per day

Okay seems like this is the only option other than calling as i cannot find a LIVE chat Service for the life of me on here. My Broadband is dropping out 6-7 times per day for around 10 minutes per time. Please can someone help as this is severely disprutping my work.
