I have been a SKY customer for 13 plus years and am 80 years old. I recently upgraded my internet from 73mps to SKY's best 900mps in the hope it would fix my constantly dropping internet connection. Unfortunately, the wifi connection to my devices continues to barely exceed 10mps and continues to drop. Can SKY fix this or should I terminate my contract?

WiFi coverage inside a property is unrelated to the technology feeding the internet connection to the router. Have you taken any steps to address that?
