@Kimmac1 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Best advice is work through this trouble shooter https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
When runningbthe online test the intial result you see is from the last routine test you need to click on the broadband test to see the current pisition.
