Broadband Switch from Virgin

Hiya,

 

I've recently switched my broadband from Virginmedia, to Sky. I was told by the Sky agent that THEY will inform Virgin of the switch and sort all the necessary details. When will they do this? As I've had Sky broadband for about a couple of weeks now but I've had nothing from Virgin to confirm this or to give us a final bill, I don't want to end up paying 2 lots of broadband!

@Moonchildx If your Sky service has already been activated then you should have already recieved notice from Virgin, i would call them as soon as possible and inform them you have moved provider as it looks like the agent you spoke to has not used the one touch system.
