Broadband Speed

We were told that our speed would be a guaranteed 609mbps when we moved over. But unfortunately we have not had this. The speed isn't bad but it's nothing like the speed we were told / expecting. Could this be looked at please? I have random screen shots of the actual speed but I will be monitoring this daily from now on. Thank you.

If you want this investigated then as we are customers here you will need to call

Sky on 150 from your landline or Sky mobile phone.

@dawny224 Look at your speed checker, broadband and then the > to expand and see the connection recorded by sky, there is a 30 day history, and that is what sky goes bye!
