My broadband speed is ridiculously low. I currently pay for the top package with Sky (approx. £70) and am getting on average approx. 22 mbps (across 12 different times I've checked the speed). Am I wrong in thinking I'm not getting what I'm paying for? It has been like this for months. An engineer came out and rectified it for a few days but it's soon gone back to as it was. I can't even watch tv in bed of an evening because it constantly freezes every 30 seconds!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI find it hard to believe you are paying £70 per month for broadband when the highest priced package listed on sky.com currently is £42?

Are you out of contract or something? £58 is very expensive for Gigafast.

I called about reducing my bill the other day. If I can't get this sorted, I'm going to cancel the lot! My monthly bill was £200 up until recently and I can't even watch TV in bed!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI would be switching if they don't offer you a cheaper price for broadband at least. Even a superior ISP like Zen doesn't charge £50+ for a gigabit line.
Regarding your stats, nothing looks wrong that I can see. You mentioned you can't even watch TV in bed, do you have Sky Q? If so is your Sky Q box wired as I noticed you have something connected to your LAN ports on the hub?
