@Gabriel1  Could you tell us how you are measuring this speed and how the device is connected?

If someone has helped give them Like.

@Gabriel1 More often than not people are actually getting what they pay for. It is usually as a result of using Wi-Fi that they think they're getting a lot less.

As already mentioned, what devices are you measuring this speed on?

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Zen Superfast (FTTC), Fritzbox 7530, Sky Q 2TB UHD v3 (x1), Sky Q Mini (x2), Alienware Area 51-M, Panasonic TX-65HZ1000B, Denon AVR-X6300H, B&W CM8 S2, B&W CM1 S2 (x2), B&W CM Centre S2, REL S3 SHO (x2), Panasonic TX-P42G30B, Monitor Audio RS6, Marantz PM7001 KI, Denon HEOS 1 HS2 (x2), B&W P7, iPad Pro 12.9" (5th Gen), iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPad Mini 6 (work)

** No - I have nothing to do with Sky **

@Gabriel1 You didn't answer the question to help understand if you are getting the speed you are supposed to or not.

What device are you testing on? Is it connected via Wi-Fi or a Ethernet?

@Gabriel1 No, again that's not what I asked.

I am asking what device you a running fast.com test on, and whether that device is a Wi-Fi connection, or a Ethernet cable?

@Gabriel1

Coming on the forum and just ranting wont get you help at all. If you actually take the time to read the questions being asked and giving responses that actually match the question being asked then you'll likely get help otherwise your wasting your time and everyone elses.
